From seasonal adventures to daily programs, the Wetland Discovery Centre offers a wide variety of things to do:

Guided Marsh Walks through the marsh, available in the summer months.
Small Canoe and Bike Rentals, available in the summer months.
Birdwatching during spring migrations

Hiking & Trails

Enjoy over 30 kilometers of scenic trails winding through dykes, grasslands, and wetlands.

All the trails are marked with different symbols and colours. Our trails vary from wooden boardwalks, gravel and earch paths, and grass trails (Outer trails may be uneven. Please proceed with caution). The grass trails are not mowed during spring and summer, as they provide important habitats for nesting birds.
